A little on my tattoos: my map tattoo was primarily to remind myself of the places I've been and the impact different journeys have had on me. My ribcage tattoo is my first, it is my mom's flowers and a piece of the letter she wrote me before cancer took her life- "I am always thinking of you"-- a reminder to keep her love close to me and the person I become. I also have her name in a Chinese fan on my shoulder. I have a balcony tattoo as a reminder of my time living in Madrid! It was my favorite view
